Author Tim Downs shares the miraculous story of Vinh Chung and his family, who were refugees from Vietnam in 1979. The story is told in Vihn Chung's book, with contributions by Tim Downs, "Where the Wind Leads." Downs reminds his audience that, as Americans, they have much and are responsible to give back.
