    I had an interesting thought and I don't know if it was brought up in the questions since I am still listening to the lecture.
    When JP was talking about the "brain grooves" and the grandfather's out-of-body experience, I thought of the phase "My life flashed before me". What if there is some truth to that experience? What I mean is, what if in that brief moment, there is a disconnect between the soul and body that allows all of those past memories, some clouded and/or forgotten, to flood back into one's consciousness?
    Just a thought...
