This is a wonderful talk! I appreciate the way Nan addresses the need for self love and self care even with in the Christian community. The self disclosure, research and genuine nature of the speaker created a informative presentation that also felt nurturing.

Thank you very much for sharing. As a therapist, mother, wife, Christian and the little "pleasing good girl" in me I feel validated and convicted to care for myself and others in a healthy manner.

I still have about 20 minutes to watch, However I wanted to share with Nan and the general public that is a wonderful presentation. Thank you!

What a wonderful talk......I can tell you from personal experience that Nan is a warm and loving, caring and nurturing ...dedicated doctor.
But I have to say, she is neither bossy or annoying....
Her most important topic here is never spoken of, and that is the effect of a parent wanting to look good because of their child. Instead of being proud of your accomplishments for your own well being, you must be "good" to make me look good.
    Powerful!
