God Shows Up for You

From Talbot Chapels: Fall 2013

Dr. Tim Muehlhoff considers why God sometimes seems not to show up, at least not in the way we desire. He looks at the end of Romans 8, where Paul says that Jesus carries believers through all things. Dr. Muehlhoff pauses on verse 36, which quotes Psalm 44. Christians are guaranteed challenges and persecutions, he explains, but the love of Christ is supposed to be greater than these things. He encourages his listeners to make a practical reality out of their belief that the love of Jesus is greatest.
