Engaging in Cultural Humility

From 2014 SCORR Conference

Stephanie Sanford, Director of Global Student Services at Biola University, explains several ways to understand the differences between cultures. She explains macroculture and microculture and how these categories can help identify cultural differences. Sanford states that the best way to approach different cultures is with humility, elevating each person the way Jesus did.
