Dr. Allen Yeh discusses church offices and the roles of women in these offices. He establishes biblical definitions of the offices and considers which types of church organization reflect the biblical model best. Yeh continues to discuss egalitarian and complimentarian views of the roles of women and defends the non-centrality of the issue.

    It should be "complementarian," i.e. male and female roles complement each other, not "complimentarian."
