Dennis Eastman has nearly two decades of teaching and administrative experience in public and private high schools, including Brethren Christian High School, Lutheran High School of Orange, and Nova Academy Early College High School. Dennis has also worked as resident counselor at Concordia University and served as adjunct at Vanguard University and Biola University during the last ten years.
Dr. Eastman's passion is shaping the next generation of teachers. His role as Director of Faculty Induction at Lutheran High School of Orange County and his role as principal of a thriving charter school in Santa Ana, Nova Academy Early College High School, has seasoned him in shaping the lives of young teachers in their formative years. Dr. Eastman's successes have been recognized by his charter school receiving the 2009 U.S. News and World Report Bronze Medal as one of the top schools in California as well as his 2010 recognition as "Educator of the Year" by both the Orange County Chamber of Commerce as well as by Biola University's School of Education.
Dr. Eastman is passionate about the Lord, and enthusiastic about training the next generation of teachers.
